Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

Requirements

Requirements:

2. Possess (4) or more years of relevant work experience which or more of post-graduate experience in a leading design and/or technical role on large, complex mixed-use projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
3. Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma, Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus.
6. Familiarity with relevant international and local codes and regulations;

Job Scope

• The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• The Senior Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and to develop designs that meet their needs.
• The Senior Architect will also provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior architects to ensure that the highest design standards are met.

Requirement

1. Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
