KPMG has a strong SAP Digital Transformation team in this region, and we are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect, Associate Director to join our team. You are responsible to be leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet the client’s business needs. You will be expected to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies. This position is based in Singapore. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  

• Develop technical specifications and design documents for SAP projects, including customizations and integrations. 

• Lead and mentor SAP development teams, providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Contribute to SAP solutioning in pre-sales and project phases. 

• Engage with customers for scoping and requirements. 

• Support proposal preparation, analyse customer needs, and independently manage client relationships. 

• Take charge of proposals, ensuring alignment with sales strategy 

• Communicates effectively with stakeholders and team members.  

• Builds a close working relationship with clients to enhance the image of the KPMG. 
  
  

The ideal candidate should possess: 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.  

• Minimum of 15+ years of SAP solution architect experience.  

• Experience in ECC to SAP S4 Hana migration  

• Experience in leading BPR or Blueprint design – not just team lead role 

• Deep functional domains knowledge across SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, QM, PM, etc)  

• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation or migration projects  

• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.  

• Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision. 

• Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management.  

• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.

Job Summary

Lead architectural design and project management teams to develop schematic designs, ensure compliance with local building codes, and coordinate submissions with authorities, driving sustainable and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to develop and prepare schematic design drawings for client review and approval, enabling other consultants to commence detailed design work
• Research and propose environmentally-friendly (‘green’) architectural concepts and promote the use of sustainable materials and equipment in designs
• Guide the Drafting Office to prepare drawings for various project stages and coordinate tender document preparation
• Monitor and direct the Drafting Office on submissions to relevant government authorities for approval and endorsement
• Coordinate technical matters across project teams and consultants to ensure smooth project progression
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, submitting them to clients for approval
• Lead teams in attending consultants’ and site meetings and prepare accurate minutes of meetings
• Coordinate and monitor the status of submissions and compliance with competent authorities’ requirements
• Ensure all necessary forms, calculations, letters, and documents are prepared to meet authorities’ requirements
• Utilize proficiency in ACAD, Sketchup, Revit, and/or ArchiCAD to support design and documentation processes
• Work independently with commitment and motivation to deliver high-quality architectural solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered Architect with Board of Architects, Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and project management with familiarity of local building codes
