Client Relationship Management

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Director to strengthen our risk management capability across our payments and card issuing business. The Prime Brokerage (PB) Operations team operates in a dynamic environment where you will be required to lead and prioritise across multiple workstreams in order to support a fast-paced business environment.

PRIME BROKERAGE

Prime Brokerage (PB) within Global Markets provides a suite of services to hedge funds and other professional investors. Middle office initiatives are focused on increasing STP to drive scale across the Securities business, with an emphasis on high STP rates and quick query resolution to provide a seamless client experience. This is to be achieved in part by a multi-year system and flow convergence programme, as well as consolidating functions across Operations to form a broader Equity middle office.
