The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible forshaping and leading the company’s global security vision and strategy. Thisrole oversees all aspects of cybersecurity, information security, physicalsecurity, and enterprise risk management across the organization. As a keymember of the executive leadership team, the CSO partners closely with theCEO, Board of Directors, and cross‑functional leaders to safeguard thecompany’s assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable secure businessgrowth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine the company’s enterprise-wide security strategy, multi‑year roadmap, and annual budget.
• Advise the CEO and Board of Directors on security risks, emerging threats, and strategic security decisions.
• Foster a security-first culture and drive organization‑wide security awareness programs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global security team, promoting operational excellence and professional development.

2. Information Security & Cybersecurity

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity defense ecosystem, including threat intelligence, SOC operations, incident response, red/blue team exercises, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee cloud, application, data, and endpoint security strategies to ensure robust protection across the technology stack.
• Lead the response to major security incidents, ensuring rapid containment, communication, remediation, and post‑incident lessons learned.

3. Physical Security & Operational Security

• Develop and oversee physical security programs for global offices, data centers, warehouses, and critical facilities.
• Design and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), including regular testing and scenario-based drills.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure continuous compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• Lead internal and external security audits, address findings, and implement long-term remediation plans.
• Build and manage a robust enterprise risk management framework, evaluating risks and tracking mitigation progress across all business units.

5. Third-Party & Supply Chain Security

• Develop and enforce a supplier and third‑party security risk assessment framework to manage security posture across key partners, vendors, and service providers.

Job Qualifications

1. Security Skillset & Core Competencies

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security models, and enterprise security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Proficiency with major security tools and platforms (e.g., IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, SIEM).
• Proven experience in security incident response, crisis management, and post‑incident forensics.

2. Relevant Experience & Technical Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in security roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership (e.g., Security Director, Head of Security).
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling security programs within fast‑growing technology companies.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong Chemical Engineering background and over 25 years of industry experience in petrochemical and downstream processing projects. The CTO will lead the company’s technology strategy, engineering excellence, and project execution capabilities across complex, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Leadership

• Define and drive the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead innovation and adoption of advanced technologies in petrochemical processes and plant design.
• Provide technical authority on process engineering, design standards, and best practices.

2. Engineering Management

• Oversee Basic Engineering Design (BED) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) activities.
• Ensure engineering quality, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across process, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines.

3. Project Execution Excellence

• Provide leadership across full project lifecycle execution (FEED, EPC, commissioning).

Key Responsibilities：

1. Strategic Technical Leadership

· Process Design & Scale-up: Lead the design and execution of scale-up strategies for diverse dosage forms (e.g., solid orals, sterile injectables, nasal spray or topicals) using Quality by Design (QbD) principles.

· Tech Transfer Ownership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring the seamless transfer of "Sending Unit" (Client) processes to the "Receiving Unit" (CDMO).

· Troubleshooting: Act as the ultimate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex formulation challenges, deviations, and "out of specification" (OOS) investigations during the transfer phase.

2. Operational Excellence

· Facility Fit & Gap Analysis: Conduct technical assessments of incoming client processes against existing site equipment and capabilities; identify and procure necessary capital equipment.

· Documentation Oversight: Review and approve Tech Transfer Protocols, Master Batch Records (MBRs), Process Validation protocols, and Technical Transfer Reports.

· Regulatory Support: Author and review technical sections of regulatory filings (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA, ANDA) and represent the technical team during PAI (Pre-Approval Inspections).

3. Client & Project Management

· Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Business Development to evaluate new RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and provide technical man-hour and resource estimates.

· Timeline Management: Ensure tech transfer milestones (Engineering batches, Clinical supply, PPQ) are met to support client clinical or launch timelines.---

Qualifications & Skills

Education

· Required: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience

· Industry: 10+ years in pharmaceutical development/manufacturing, with at least 5 years specifically in a CDMO environment.

· Leadership: 5+ years of experience managing high-performing technical teams.

· Technical: Proven track record of successful tech transfers and at least 2–3 successful commercial product launches.

Technical Proficiencies

· Deep understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines (Q8, Q9, Q10, Q11), and global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, NMPA).

· Expertise in statistical tools for process monitoring (e.g., JMP, Minitab).

· Experience with Risk Assessment tools (FMEA) to identify and mitigate process risks.
