Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee long-term project planning and portfolio management aligned with company goals.
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry forums to advance business interests.
Operational Management
- Direct construction operations including project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Implement industry best practices for project management, safety, and resource allocation to optimize outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges to maintain schedule and budget compliance.
Financial Management
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to sustain business profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure operational sustainability.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and department heads across Project Management, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
