As a Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Manage day-to-day site activities, from demolition and piling to structural works and architectural finishing, working as supportive team leader & player and project delivery. What you'll be doing

• Site Operations

  • Manage day-to-day site activities, from demolition and piling to structural works and architectural finishing and MEP works. Coordinate the delivery of materials and involve in allocation of workforces on daily basic.

  • Organize and supervise sub-contractors to ensure seamless workflow and prevent clashes.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact On-Site for the Client (Homeowner), Architect, Professional Engineer (PE), Design Team and QS Team and subsequent follow ups.

• Project Management

What we're looking for
