Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end user growth across core markets including the US, UK, and Latin America, covering the full funnel from acquisition, conversion to retention. Own key business metrics including new user scale, GMV, and marketing efficiency, and build the growth system from 0 to 1.

- Build the marketing and strategy middle platform, overseeing the development of user-side marketing tools and merchant-side operation systems. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

2. Proven track record in international or cross-border growth, preferably across emerging markets such as Latin America and Southeast Asia, with the ability to transfer growth methodology to US/UK or other mature markets.

3. Strong full-funnel growth expertise, covering acquisition, first-order conversion, early user activation, repeat purchase, retention, subsidy strategy, push/touchpoint systems, and marketing ROI optimization.

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage brand partnerships, oversee live commerce operations, and support our TikTok live streamers to maximize performance.

This role requires a mix of account management, campaign planning, and operational execution to ensure successful TikTok Shop activations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor live selling KPIs, including conversion rates, viewer retention, and sales performance.

• Use data analytics tools to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Continuously experiment with new content formats, engagement tactics, and sales techniques to improve results.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ year working experience in internet governance direction, with a focus on LIVE monetization governance; demonstrated impact shipping policy/product changes that balance revenue growth and risk.

- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field; to demonstrate advanced problem solving skills necessary for solving complex design and innovative challenges, along with global education or cross-region work experience.

- Strong analytical rigor with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R/Python; ability to build custom metrics/risk indices (risk-adjusted revenue, creator fairness, loss rate), run evaluations, and translate data into roadmap priorities.

Experience leading cross-functional governance reviews (risk appetite, enforcement thresholds, market launch readiness).

- Excellent English writing and verbal skills; can craft executive‑ready narratives and drive consensus across Product, Engineers, Ops, DS, Legal, and GR/PR in global markets, and manage diverse stakeholder needs.

Experience
