About the role

As the Field Marketing Manager for Singapore, you will support the commercial engine for our primary market. You are a high-velocity, commercially-minded marketer responsible for building a lead generation machine that flexes across ICPs—from early-stage founders to mid market CFOs. Your primary focus is high-quality lead generation and driving commercial outcomes through creative offline activations and owning the local partner marketing motion to expand our reach and impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Advocacy & Insights: Drive high-quality Singapore-based customer case studies. Act as the "voice of the market" to validate positioning and messaging with our central Marketing team.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain a strong feedback loop with Sales and Partnerships, ensuring field and partner activities are perfectly synchronized with our broader Go-To-Market execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 6-7 years in end-to-end event management and field marketing.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-ownership field engineering role. You will be responsible for getting our solutions deployed, running, and staying running at customer sites worldwide. That means you are comfortable with a screwdriver and a terminal in equal measure.

You will lead and execute physical installations — coordinating structure fabrication with contractors, mounting hardware, cabling networks — and then bring the full software stack live: configuring nodes, standing up containers, validating network routing, onboarding users, and ensuring the system goes live flawlessly. After go-live, you own uptime. You monitor systems remotely, respond to issues fast, and resolve them thoroughly.

This role is not for someone who prefers to stay in the lab perfecting algorithms. It is for someone who gets energy from solving real problems in real environments, who takes pride in a system that has not gone down in months, and who can calmly manage a difficult customer situation at a busy airport at midnight.

• Oversee daily IT operations, maintenance, and compliance with security standards
• Manage maintenance schedules, change requests, incidents, and service requests
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
• Manage vendors and subcontractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations
• Monitor SLAs and implement service improvements
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in IT Operations & Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and ITIL practices
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
