High Note Hospitality Group is an independent group, founded and run by hands-on operators. Our first venue, Chip Bee Bistro, has been trading at Chip Bee Gardens since July 2025. Our second, opens in the Botanic Gardens late in 2026. We are small, deliberately so, and we are building.

About the role

The Guest Experience Assistant Manager is the person who makes sure every guest feels seen, heard, valued and at ease. You run the floor during service, lead the front-of-house team in the moment, and own the standard of hospitality the guest actually experiences, not the one we describe in the handbook. You work alongside the Restaurant Manager, Head of Guest Experience & Hospitality Strategy and the Group Executive Chef, and you have direct access to the founders.

This is a hands-on role. You are on the floor every shift. You read the room, anticipate the table, make the calls, and pick up the slack. You are also a coach. The team you lead will be only as strong as the standards you hold and the example you set.

What you'll own

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations including service, bar, events as appointed, ensuring quality standards.
• Floor leadership during service, including pre-service briefings, mid-service adjustments, and post-service debriefs
• Guest experience from arrival to farewell, including reservations management via SevenRooms and guest profiling
• Service flow, pace, and recovery when things go wrong
• Day-to-day coaching and feedback for the FOH team

• Review and implement actionplans according to reports covering matters ranging from HR, Sales, Finance and guest feedback which must be obtained regularly
• Operational and guest challenges must be investigated and resolved appropriately in a timely manner
• Assist with administrative duties such as rostering meeting operational needs & financial objectives with sound productivity and labour costs.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Six or more years of FOH experience, with at least three years in a managerial or senior supervisory role

• Genuine warmth, presence, and the instinct to put guests at ease

• Ability to lead a team during the pressure of service without losing composure or standards

• Strong working English and the confidence to host any table, from a regular to a first-time guest

• Right to work in Singapore

Desirable

• Experience with SevenRooms or an equivalent reservations platform

• Wine knowledge to WSET Level 2 or equivalent practical fluency

• Experience in independent or chef-led restaurants, as opposed to large-group chains

• Exposure to opening or building a new venue

We are a Layer 1 blockchain company with active operations across the United States, Singapore, and Dubai. We run an ongoing digital currency project serving the US market, alongside a new and expanding engagement in the UAE. As we grow our technology footprint and commercial presence in Singapore, we are building a dedicated customer service function to support our clients, partners, and end users across all markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Head of Customer Service & Support to establish and lead our customer-facing function from the ground up. This is a founding leadership role — you will define the standards, systems, and team that represent our company to clients, users, and partners across Singapore, the US, and Dubai.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of client and user support: from onboarding and day-to-day enquiries, to issue resolution and relationship management across multiple markets. You will also work cross-functionally with our technology, operations, and business development teams to ensure a seamless and consistently high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Guest Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and users, handling enquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and care
• Oversee the full client and user journey from initial onboarding through to ongoing support, ensuring a consistent and positive experience across all touchpoints and geographies
• Manage time-sensitive support situations with composure, coordinating internally to resolve issues swiftly and minimise client impact
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner and account liaison

Team Building & Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing customer service team to support the company’s growth
• Define team roles, responsibilities, and workflows to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery
• Set clear performance standards, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Train team members on service protocols, communication standards, and event-specific support procedures

Systems & Process Development

• Establish and document customer service SOPs, escalation frameworks, and response guidelines
• Implement and manage CRM or helpdesk tools to track interactions, feedback, and resolution timelines
• Analyse client feedback and service data to identify recurring issues and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with the events and operations teams to align client expectations with delivery realities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the technology, operations, and business development teams to ensure client communications are accurate, timely, and on-brand
• Support business development efforts by maintaining a positive client experience that encourages repeat engagement and referrals
• Contribute to regular project and operational debriefs, providing client sentiment insights to inform product and service improvements

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management — with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Background in blockchain, fintech, financial services, or a technology-driven client-facing environment is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build and lead service teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure — particularly during live events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-suite clients and senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or helpdesk tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent)
• Comfortable using AI-powered productivity and support tools to enhance response quality, manage client communications efficiently, and streamline team workflows

The Import Customer Service Manager supports the leadership of the Airfreight Customer Service team, ensuring smooth end-to-end import customer service operations. The role also involves effective stakeholder management, coordinating with internal departments, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Leading, coaching, and supporting the Airfreight Import Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage end-to-end import processes efficiently.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily import activities, including shipment documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure. Ensure adherence to established processes and service standards.
• Process Support & Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and support initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against SLAs and KPIs, provide feedback, and escalate issues to the Manager as needed.
• Customer Service Support: Handle complex import-related customer inquiries and serve as a point of escalation for service issues when required.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Airfreight Operations, Customs, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of import shipments.
• Policy & Procedure Compliance: Support the development and implementation of import customer service policies and ensure staff compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in airfreight import customer service and billing.
• Strong understanding of airfreight import processes, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Previous hands-on experience using Cargowise system
