Overview:

Icon is seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to support and coordinate all finance activities forour Global operations. This role will ensure consistent financialpractices, reliable budgeting and forecasting, and strong compliance with localregulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Finance Management & Coordination

Work Experience

• Proven experience independently managing cost planning across complex, multi-disciplinary, large-scale construction or fit-out projects from feasibility through to practical completion.

Working Location: Pandan Road
Salary: $4,000 and above
Transport: Company transport provided for employees on the 8:00am–5:00pm shift

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing.
• Prepare and review annual tax returns in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review monthly tax provisions and tax accounting reports, including deferred tax computations.
• Conduct tax research and identify tax planning and process improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on tax-related queries, audits, and investigations.
• Review tax compliance requirements and implications for business operations.
• Review tax-related clauses in contracts, including project tenders and procurement agreements.
• Monitor updates to tax legislation and regulatory requirements, and support implementation where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in taxation, customs, and finance.
• Experience in taxation within commercial organisations or professional firms preferred.
• Prior experience in audit firms or tax firms is an advantage.
• Experience in tax consultancy is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Singapore and Indonesia tax regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
