Our client helps brands engage technical audiences through credible creator partnerships and community-led programs. We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Creator Manager to own creator and community engagement within Chinese-speaking developer and technical communities.This role sits at the intersection of creator management, community building, and audience intelligence. You will discover trusted voices, manage creator relationships end-to-end, and translate community insights into programs that drive consideration and adoption. Because the role centres on Chinese-speaking developer and technical communities, professional proficiency in Mandarin is a genuine requirement of the position, used daily to engage Mandarin-speaking creators, participate in Chinese-language communities, and produce and review bilingual content.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Creator Discovery & Relationship Management: You will be the team's expert on Chinese-speaking creator and developer ecosystems.

• Identify creators, contributors, and technical voices across Chinese-language platforms and communities
• Conduct creator research using community participation, content quality, technical credibility, and open-source contribution signals
• Verify creator identity, expertise, and audience relevance before making recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with creators across key audience segments

2. Bilingual Creator Delivery

• Manage creators through the full content development process while ensuring cultural and technical accuracy.

Candidate ProfileRequired Experience

• 2–4 years in creator management, community management, developer marketing, or related fields
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) alongside strong English communication skills required to engage Mandarin-speaking creators and Chinese-language technical communities, and to produce and review Mandarin/bilingual content

• Bilingual Content Proficiency — Simplified Chinese (Mandatory, Minimum 3 years)

• High proficiency in both written and spoken Simplified Chinese, with demonstrated ability to produce editorial-quality content — not machine-translated or adapted copy — for Chinese-speaking audiences.

Overview

This vacancy is for upcoming short-term projects that will happen intermittently. Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the office in Singapore.

Working alongside a Content Studio team, you will execute and create all required localised images featured within our Client's website and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include reviewing content for cultural viability for the South East Asian (SEA) markets.

The Content Project Manager liaises with Cross-Functional teams, the Creative team as well as the usage rights team to collate and keep track of content for any new campaign(s). This freelance assignment will start in July 2026 and you must able to work on-site. 

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery
• Request file building from SEA Content Studio for new images to be created
• Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured
• Route loose cross-functional imagery for approval
• Fulfil image requests from various functional teams
• Communicate with other team members on requests, project information and transferring of assets
• Keep trackers up to date along with managing asset database
• Work with usage rights team on 3rd party assets relevant to the SEA markets
• Work with digital asset managers to transfer launch assets to long-term Digital Asset system
• Assist Content PM(s) in understanding the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localisation and to convert it to a brief for the graphic production team
