• 为总经理提供中英文双语支持，包括现场口译及商务文件笔译。
• 协助处理日常行政事务、日程管理、会议安排及差旅规划。
• 在需要时为总经理提供驾驶支持，确保行程安全、准时并严格保密。
• 协调公司内部部门、外部合作伙伴及政府单位的沟通与对接。

任职要求

• 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，并能在需要时与中文使用者对接及提供口译与笔译支持。
• 愿意学习并具备适应能力，包括掌握行业相关术语（矿业、建筑、工程等）。
• 持有新加坡 3 号驾照（Class 3），驾驶记录良好。
• 具备良好的时间管理和行程规划能力。
• 能适应快节奏及具有一定体力要求的工作环境，包括建筑和矿业项目现场。
• 具备责任心、职业操守及严格的保密意识。
• 能在需要时配合灵活或不定时工作时间。
• 愿意配合国内外出差，包括前往建筑及矿业项目现场。
