Responsibilities:

• Drive risk management activities and initiatives, design control policies and procedures to mitigate risks, and monitor the effectiveness of the recommended control measures.
• Monitor developments and proposed developments in Regulations, advising on the actual or potential business impact and recommend appropriate action and/or responses to the Regulator.
• Develop promote and monitor the implementation of Risk Management and Compliance policies and practices to meet regulatory & Group Risk management framework that is proportional to size/scale of the operations.
• To promote risk management and compliance awareness and culture, including conducting training on risk management and compliance topics.      
• Assist in the preparation of reports on a regular basis to keep senior management and regional office informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts and risk management initiatives.
• Manage, review and update business continuity management
• Conduct screening for AML/CFT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; professional certifications (FRM, CAMS) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management or compliance roles.
• Preferably CGI qualifications or relevant insurance equivalent.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective risk controls.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT requirements.
• Skilled in interpreting regulations and preparing compliance documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, manage priorities effectively.

Job Summary

As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, the incumbant will be you are to oversee end-to-end IT Procurement activities and working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure the success of each procurement project. Vendor evaluation and risk assessment, project and process management, and contract negotiation and assessment are other duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFP/RFQ) process including evaluation, negotiation and award recommendation
• Ensure that procurement of products and services are always carried out in compliance with procurement policy
• Work with internal users/stakeholders to ensure that the products and services procured fulfil users' needs
• Monitor and manage compliance with contract/agreement and communicate to relevant parties including Legal Team, if required
• Guide users on the completion of the requisition on eProcurement

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of procurement experiences, experience in IT Procurement will be an advantage
• Experience in using eProcurement tools
• Process knowledge of procurement governance
• Proven analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel

We are looking for a driven and hands-on individual to execute marketing and recruitment initiatives for The NUS MBA Programmes Office. This role involves handling outreach campaigns and events end-to-end and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership to deliver results.

Key responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Execution

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive awareness and lead generation
• Work with internal teams and external partners to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor campaign performance (e.g. leads, engagement, conversion) and suggest practical improvements

2. Event and Outreach Management

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment events across local and international markets
• Manage timelines, logistics and stakeholder coordination to ensure smooth delivery
• Track registration and attendance, and take proactive steps to optimise turnout and engagement

3. Prospect Engagement and Conversion

• Engage with prospective candidates through various touchpoints and offer guidance in their application journey
• Follow up consistently to convert interest to applications
• Provide advice on programme suitability and identify cross-selling opportunities where relevant

4. Stakeholder and Partner Coordination

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support marketing and recruitment efforts
• Coordinate with external partners to execute campaigns and outreach initiatives

5. Insights and Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyse event and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement practical enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify gaps in current processes and take initiative to address them

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of work experience. Previous experience in service-related marketing positions or postgraduate student recruitment on an international scale would be an advantage.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and basic performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Able to travel 20% of the time
