Job Description

• Position Title: Site Manager/ Project Lead (Residential & Renovation)
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute landed house, condominium, and HDB renovation projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors, allocating manpower and resources to meet project milestones.
• Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings, specifications, and design details, highlight discrepancies and propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate and attend site and technical meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.
• Manage site works, including structural alterations, architectural finishes, and interior finishing works to comply with approved drawings and regulations.
• Monitor daily site progress, conduct regular inspections, and enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and update project programs, work schedules, and progress reports for management and clients.
• Handle contract administration, including variation orders, progress claims, back-charges, and final accounts.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on procurement, delivery, and installation to avoid delays.
• Resolve site issues promptly and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Perform other ad hoc project-related duties as assigned.

• Diploma or equivalent in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Project Manager or Project Management within the construction industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in landed housing projects such as rebuilding, renovation, or A&A works is an advantage
• Familiar with Singapore building regulations (e.g., URA, BCA, NEA, PUB, SP) for landed housing projects
• Familiar with construction activities such as demolition, structural works, finishing, and related services
• Able to read and understand construction drawings (architectural, structural, M&E)
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools

Job Description:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Plan and allocate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and authority regulations (including LTA standards)

Site Coordination & Management

• Lead and supervise site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and relevant stakeholders
• Identify and resolve site issues such as technical challenges, design conflicts, and delays

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures
• Enforce safe work procedures and oversee incident reporting and investigations

Quality Control & Assurance

• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing requirements
• Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

Budget & Cost Management

• Monitor project costs and ensure works are carried out within budget
• Review and approve subcontractor claims and supplier payments
• Implement cost control measures and improve resource efficiency

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management and clients
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders
• Address public feedback and minimize impact to surrounding environment and community

Environmental & Traffic Management

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project requirements
• Implement environmental protection and sustainability measures
• Coordinate traffic control plans to maintain safe movement around the work site

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Relevant experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• Experience in LTA projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

. Manage, maintain and continually improve the existing ISO 9001 / 14001 QMS, 13485 EMS and Business Excellence

(SQC)

. Scheduling and monitoring of QC Daily Inspection Work Plan.

· Responsible on the Corrective and Preventive Action relating to customer complaint.

· Responsible for generating of Work Instruction which deem required for Guiding QA Op.

· Ensure QA activities and operation is according to written procedures.

. Responsible for ensuring the completeness and free of error for OQC Inspection Report and First Article.

. Carry out the duty of Internal Auditor during QMS and EMS internal audit.

· Ensure QA/QC outgoing output is met to achieve production on time delivery

. Monitor and Evaluate Supplier Performance

. Coordinate with internal teams on investigation of customer complaint on product quality and internal non-

conformance, including corrective actions.

. Provide timely response to customer on quality matters including product quality complaint.

· Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.

. Handle customer claims, quality issues. Follow up closely with customers and the relevant department on all non-

conformances reports.

. Responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers on non-conformance activities as well as performing root

cause analysis and determining of the effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate

Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
