• Oversee ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems integration, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, and Public Address systems.
• Review and approve Method Statements (MOS), Shop Drawings, and Material Submissions.

2. Project Management & Coordination

• Develop and monitor detailed electrical work schedules; ensure progress aligns with the Master Construction Programme.

For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed large-scale greenfield projects from inception to completion.

• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.

• Strong track record in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure or construction portfolios
• Deep understanding of commercial management, contract strategy, and project governance
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and influence at executive level
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
• Fluency in Japanese is required due to regular engagement and reporting with Japanese Headquarters
