Key Responsibilities

• Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Handle full-cycle payroll processing.

A1 main contractor in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator / Assistant Manager to support and manage architectural delivery across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Role Overview

The Architectural Coordinator / Assistant Manager will take ownership of architectural coordination from design development through construction. • Lead and manage architectural design coordination throughout the project lifecycle

About the role:

SMITECH is seeking an experienced M&E Interface Manager to lead project interfacing and coordination for a major M&E construction and infrastructure project in Singapore.

This role will take charge of all project interface matters across Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E building services, consultants, subcontractors, client representatives, authorities and other project stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage the interface coordination team to ensure timely resolution of design, construction, authority approval and site coordination issues.
