KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

End-to-End Testing and Business Process Validation:

• Assist with Command Center operations during the Launch phase, ensuring operational queries and support tickets are resolved promptly.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

• Monitor delivery health using data-driven metrics such as velocity, cycle time, defect trends, environment stability, and release success rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field service operations for CVD products across multiple fabs to achieve high tool uptime and service excellence

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing

Vendor Management

Stakeholder Engagement

RFP Process

Compliance and Policy Adherence

Coordination and Communication

Requirements
