The Assistant Head of School (AHOS) plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day success of the school across educational quality, team development, family engagement, and operations. This role is ideal for an emerging school leader—someone with a strong foundation in early childhood education and Montessori practice who is eager to deepen their leadership skills, gain operational exposure, and grow into future senior school leadership roles.

The Assistant Head of School partners closely with the Head of School, serving as a thought partner, problem solver, and culture carrier, while progressively taking on increased leadership responsibility with coaching and support.

Core Job Responsibilities

Educational & Program Leadership Support

• Support the Head of School in upholding and communicating the school’s pedagogical vision.
• Conduct classroom observations alongside the Head of School and program team.
• Provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback and coaching to Guides.
• Help monitor curriculum quality and ensure consistency across classrooms.
• Support program evaluations and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with central teams (program, operations, people) to implement best practices at the campus level.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build strong, trusting relationships with Guides and staff.
• Serve as a day-to-day leadership presence for the team, helping to problem-solve and remove obstacles.
• Support onboarding of new staff in partnership with HR, IT, finance, and program teams.
• Provide informal feedback and developmental coaching under guidance from the Head of School.
• Support performance management and professional development planning.
• Model curiosity, humility, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Parent Relationships & Communication

• Support the Head of School in building strong, trusting relationships with families.
• Act as a visible and approachable leader for parents in daily interactions.
• Help facilitate parent meetings, conferences, and community events.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality communication from Guides to families.
• Partner with the Head of School to address parent questions or concerns thoughtfully and professionally.

School Operations & Administration

• Support daily school operations to ensure smooth, safe, and effective functioning.
• Assist with admissions activities, including school tours, open houses, and family interviews as needed.
• Monitor enrollment-related tasks and support follow-up where required
• Help identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
• Learn and support basic budget tracking and expense awareness under the Head of School’s guidance.

Culture & Community Building

• Actively contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture.
• Model Nest Preschool values in daily interactions with staff, children, and families.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has: 

• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) 

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T)

• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL) or approved alternatives with a least 4 years of teacher experience as an L2 certified educator

• Prior administrative and leadership experience in preschool education is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills to lead school culture 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Previous experience with school budgets 

• A high degree of personal initiative

Job Description:

The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a small army of kitchen staff and overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen, including cleaning the equipment, checking supplies and inventory. Supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation in the kitchen.

To be successful in this role, you should have some hands-on kitchen experience in food production, and oversee day-to-day activities while overseeing a small team of kitchen staff. Do note that we are halal certified.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise of a small team of kitchen staff, including matters such as discipline, termination and assessment of their performance.

Train new employees on the job, and enforce strict safety guidelines.

Set daily/weekly/monthly production planning and prepare work schedule.

Handle ordering of ingredients for production usage.

Making sure the kitchen is safe and in hygienic conditions at all times.

Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of food supplies.

Compliance with food safety, the highest quality of food, and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist the Kitchen Manager and in all other operations as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a chef, preferably for a restaurant.

Management or supervisory experience will be an added advantage.

Good communicator with leadership qualities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for food and culinary arts.

Job Summary

From conception to completion, you will be assisting in the marketing and communication strategies for brands on both online and offline platforms for the hotel properties; with the objective to position brand to drive awareness and conversion to achieve goals and increase market share/revenue. The ideal candidate is also expected to coordinate the various Marketing Communications activities undertaken by the department, to build and maintain good media relations and to ensure the upkeep of the Hotel’s image. 

Job Description

• Initiates all year-round planning that leads to execution of MarCom activities and work in collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve goals. These include managing external agency partners and vendors, KOLs, Influencer and drive development of marketing initiatives on web banners, print ads, landing pages, email content, marketing collateral, sales tools and upkeeping and updating property info and image across all channels. 

• Strategize and implement brand, PR and marketing campaigns in accordance with organizational branding and overall business objective. 

• To support relevant department in marketing area of work including sales and operations 

• To driving ranking in different platform like tripadvisor, OTAs, B2B platforms etc  

• To work with Revenue team and corporate office team in planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.  

• Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability, data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation and support in driving sales and revenue by implement EDM, tactical promo to drive direct sales.  

• Manage and lead the digital marketing strategy and execution across marketing channels (Social, Web, Content, Email, Display, Search) as well as across ad platforms. 

• Conduct assessment and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 

• Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Key Qualification

• Diploma in Mass Comm/Marketing & above or relevant professional qualifications  
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in CRM Marketing campaigns and Digital Marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution 

• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and business acumen 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to think strategically and solve problems. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing software preferably Adobe Photoshop/ InDesign / Illustrator/ Acrobat. 

• Excellent communications and good multi-relationship building skills. 

• Strong technical skills in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social etc) 

• Experience running successful marketing campaigns. 

• Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
