Location: Bugis MRT, Singapore
Salary: Up to $4,300/month
Working Hours:
- Mon–Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join a dynamic team at a statutory board. This role focuses on employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations support, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Role Overview
You will support the planning and execution of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, including capability development programmes, engagement events, and learning activities. The role also involves HR process improvement and coordination of end-to-end L&D operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement capability development programmes and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. townhalls, events)
- Design and support employee-centric communications and engagement materials
- Assist in HR operations including onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Support the end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) cycle, including:Programme curationVendor sourcing and coordinationEmployee enrolmentPost-programme evaluation and feedback analysis
- Support HR systems and process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth execution of HR programmes
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Relevant experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development, HR development, or employee engagement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good coordination and project management abilities, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva) is an advantage
