Responsibilities

• Conduct business research to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with organizational revenue goals.
• Lead all phases of the sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Use multiple communication channels such as email, phone, and social media to engage analytics decision makers and generate interest

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (required)

• Proven track record in B2B/enterprise sales, including hunting, developing, negotiating, and closing deals

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Extensive experience in selling and delivering management consulting services that include both developing enterprise and functional transformation strategies, talent strategy, and implementation of new organisational capabilities.
• A demonstrable track record of leading/delivering quality engagements that result in long-standing client relationships and repeat client engagements.
• Experience engaging top leadership through significant change such as a merger or acquisition, digital transformation, or new strategic vision under new leadership.
