Job Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and governance of the CityNexus programme, with a focus on system reliability, operational controls, and stakeholder support. The role centres on managing day-to-day operations of the platform while supporting related marketing activities where required.

Job Responsibilities

Platform & Product Management

• Support the development and maintenance of the CityNexus app, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure stable system performance.
• Support feature enhancements, including requirement coordination, testing, and deployment follow-ups.
• Conduct system testing (UAT) across the app and portals to identify bugs, usability gaps, and performance issues prior to release.
• Support campaign configuration and testing to ensure accurate system setup.

Operations & Governance

• Manage end-to-end operations of CityNexus Rewards, E-Voucher programme, and related digital initiatives.
• Perform end-to-end fraud checks and monitoring based on defined parameters and reporting requirements.
• Oversee voucher sales processes, including tracking, fulfilment, and coordination.
• Ensure accurate rewards and E-Voucher reconciliation in line with reporting and audit requirements.
• Maintain operational controls and support compliance with internal governance standards.

Marketing Support

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the system.
• Assist in campaign setup, validation, and post-campaign checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate timely campaign implementation.

Stakeholder Management & Support

• Provide training and guidance to tenants and internal stakeholders on system usage and programme mechanics.
• Manage onboarding, feedback, and day-to-day enquiries from users and partners.

Reporting & Administration

• Compile and submit monthly operational and performance reports.
• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in mobile application deployment, CRM, or digital platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised approach.
• Comfortable handling operational processes, system testing, and governance requirements.
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the role

This full-time Project Manager (AV) role involves leading and managing AV projects from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AV installations and integrations, meeting client expectations and deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Review and understand statement of works, drawings and schematics, to determine time to deliver and resource planning and management for the project period
• Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project
• Provide project management guidance to the team
• Identify and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and stakeholders
• Manage customer expectations and requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinate turn-over of project to service department at the end of each project

• Resourceful and able to adapt according to the changing environment
• Valid and current PMP Certification preferred

Overview*

Reporting to the Head of Reliability Matters, the successful candidate will work as part of a small yet high performance team in developing and driving implementation of a strategic roadmap on the risk management, governance and assurance activities in the hospital.

This role sits at the heart of the institutional decision making – connecting strategy, risks and future trends. You will lead strategic risk sensing and will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within our healthcare institution. This position is responsible for implementing risk management strategies to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and as well as to promote risk awareness and proactive risk management culture within the hospital.

All roles in Reliability Matters team are designed as Business Partners, working closely with departments to embed reliability into daily operations. You will operate as a generalist across Risk, Data Protection, and EHS domains, while developing deeper expertise in your assigned vertical. This role goes beyond compliance, it focuses on enabling ownership, building sustainable systems and strengthening risk culture.

Job Responsibilities*

1. Strategic Risk Lead

• Integrate risk considerations that aligns with NUHS Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework into institutional strategy and transformation
• Lead horizon scanning and emerging risk analysis
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligning to Balanced Scorecard metrics
• Facilitate enterprise risk discussions at various levels and management platforms
• Provide strategic insights across domains
• Translate complex risks into clear, actionable narratives
• Act as the risk advisor to various operating departments and promote risk awareness and accountability amongst management and staff.
• Provide training and educational programs on risk management practices to promote a culture of safety, quality, and risk awareness among staffs at all levels.
• Provide secretariat support for Risk Management Committee (or equivalent) meetings.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects, investigations, and administrative duties, where required.

1. Generalist (Business Partnering)

Engage departments across:

• Risk, Data Protection, EHS domains
• Support risk assessments, incident reviews, and advisory
• Build relationships to drive ownership and accountability

Requirements*

• Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or relevant qualifications.

• Strong strategic thinking and systems perspective
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to synthesise data into insights
• Experience facilitating senior-level discussions
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in risk management, internal control, and compliance preferably in hospital and healthcare industry.
• Good project management skill and comfortable working with figures and details.
• Energetic and ability to analyse complex issues for identification of root cause and recommendation of practical remediation measures.
