The Market Manager - Lithography is responsible for will develop and execute the market strategy for Pall’s lithography-related filtration and purification solutions. • Consolidate and validate regional HR data, including headcount, organisational structure, and key metrics
• Manage HR data systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, preferably within a regional or multinational environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Experience in compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary structure review
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and reporting
