Job Scope:

• Oversee firm-wide audit quality control and compliance with regulatory and professional standards (e.g. ISCA, ACRA, SFRS)
• Monitor and maintain ethics and independence compliance across audit engagements
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to audit teams on complex accounting and audit matters
• Develop, review, and implement firm-wide audit methodologies, SOPs, templates, and policies
• Lead internal training programmes and ensure staff meet professional development requirements
• Support regulatory inspections and internal quality reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including audit tools, systems, and processes

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in audit, compliance, or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality control frameworks.

Responsibility& Authority:

• Act as the primary advisor to Senior Management on all workplace safety, health, and environmental matters, including risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and lead all EHS functions across multiple projects, ensuring consistent compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate safety standards.
• Administer and implement the company EHS related procedures and ensure that the management system is updated.
• Provide advisory support to Project Managers on all EHS matters such as legal requirements and Company’s EHS related procedures.
• Conduct surprise checks on projects to ensure that EHS risks are addressed.
• Direct and review all incident investigations ensuring root cause analysis is robust and provide advised on the remedial measures across project, including to consolidate and analyses data on summons, accident or near misses and work on the improvement plans.
• Organize EHS programs and activities to promote safe and healthy conduct of workers and to promote safety awareness to all personnel attached to the worksite.
• Act as a liaison officer when dealing with Government Agencies and Accreditation Bodies.
• Review subcontractor’s safety performance and provide advice on improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders on all safety and compliance matters.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Safety, or related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) (or equivalent professional certifications).
• Minimum 10years of relevant Local EHS Manager experience

In the role of Central Planning Modeling Senior Manager, you will lead the DRAM network to ensure DRAM ramps are able to meet Cost and Schedule Targets. You will serve as the owner of the MOR Process and communicate capital impact of process changes to senior leaders in Manufacturing and TD.

You will be responsible for connecting many parts of the business in order to drive the execution of Adaptive Modeling, the Technode Capital Efficiency Processes and improve tool asset utilization.  Innovation is highly valued at Micron, and you will have the opportunity to develop new tools to expedite, optimize and refine the planning and reporting processed used across the network. The ability to understand and effectively communicate the capital and operational impacts of manufacturing changes is crucial. Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Lead network tool utilizations strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital

• Lead and communicate improvement and implementation plan to all relevant levels and functions in Manufacturing

• Optimize capacity of install equipment and lead sites and tool level optimization studies for throughput enhancement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Business-related or quantitative field (Finance, Economics or similar subject area), or equivalent experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in the semiconductor indsutry as an industrial engineer.

• At least 5 years of managerial experience.  

• Experience turning sophisticated and ambiguous problem statements into structured solution while working in a highly multi-functional environment

• Experience operating independently while maintaining a high degree of organization, control and organizational change

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results cross diverse technical and non-technical groups
