Overview
Reporting to the Head of Reliability Matters, you will be part of a high-performing team driving the organization’s risk management, governance, and assurance roadmap.
You will play a key role in institutional decision-making by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, while supporting compliance and fostering a proactive risk culture.
You will collaborate closely with departments to embed reliability into daily operations, working across Risk, Data Protection, and EHS, while building deeper expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate risk considerations that aligns with Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework into institutional strategy and transformation Lead horizon scanning and emerging risk analysis
- Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligning to Balanced Scorecard metrics
- Facilitate enterprise risk discussions at various levels and management platforms
- Provide strategic insights across domains
- Translate complex risks into clear, actionable narratives
- Act as the risk advisor to various operating departments and promote risk awareness and accountability amongst management and staff.
- Provide training and educational programs on risk management practices to promote a culture of safety, quality, and risk awareness among staffs at all levels.
- Provide secretariat support for Risk Management Committee (or equivalent) meetings.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, investigations, and administrative duties, where required.
- Engage departments across: Risk, Data Protection, EHS domains
- Support risk assessments, incident reviews, and advisory
- Build relationships to drive ownership and accountability
Requirements*
- Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or relevant qualifications.
- Strong strategic thinking and systems perspective
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to synthesise data into insights
- Relevant working experience in risk management, internal control, and compliance in hospital and healthcare industry would be advantage.
