What You'll Own

Before anything else, you need to understand BullionStar – our products, our customers, our processes, our industry. • Run CS Operations Accurately and Efficiently - This is the core of the role day-to-day. You’re responsible for the quality, accuracy, and speed of every customer interaction – emails, calls, live chats, tickets. You’ll monitor response quality, ensure information given to customers is correct and complete, and hold the team to a high standard on turnaround times. Mistakes in a business like ours – wrong pricing, incorrect order details, unclear guidance on vault storage – erode trust quickly. You’ll build a culture where getting it right the first time is the expectation, not the exception.
• Teach and Elevate the Team - Once you know the business deeply, you’ll transfer that knowledge to your team. You’ll set the standard for how we communicate with customers – the quality, the tone, the speed. You’ll develop each person individually, understanding their strengths and pushing them to grow. The goal is a team that handles the majority of interactions at a consistently high level, without needing to escalate.
• Drive Efficiency and Automation - With the foundations in place, you’ll turn your attention to making things faster, smarter, and more scalable. You’ll be hands-on with these tools – testing, implementing, iterating.

• Be the Voice of the Customer - You’ll represent the customer’s perspective at the leadership table. When product, marketing, or operations decisions are being made, you’ll bring the insight that only comes from being close to the customer every day.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum 8 of experience in financial services in controls, business management/COO, audit, risk management, or compliance.

• Strong understanding of private banking business, products, services, and regulatory/control requirements.

• Experience in process improvement or risk management.

• Demonstrated success in partnering with multiple stakeholders and working across cross-functional teams.

• Strong results orientation with the ability to influence and drive change and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, able to interface globally with all levels of the organization.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

• Experience working with regulators and audit functions.

• Familiarity with APAC and international private banking environments.

Job Description & Requirements

Report to the Restaurant Manager or a management staff appointed by the Company

· Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

· Guide and train new / existing Service Crew

· Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit

· Maintain utmost service standards and discipline / grooming among the service staff

· Assist in crews’ performance appraisals and confirmation

· Conduct daily check list

· Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

· Attend to customer complaints (if any)

· Assist Restaurant Manager to monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take

· Adhere to Company’s standard operating procedures

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
