At Rippling, Sales Development is the driving force behind two main functions: pipeline creation and career development. About the Role 

We are hiring our first ever SDR people manager in Singapore to lead a high performing outbound SDR team! You’ll be focused on coaching and developing your reps, and building pipeline, managing processes, and focusing on per rep production is vital.

• Top of funnel leader that can execute on business needs. 

• Able to leverage data to ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s are hit daily.

  What you will need

  • 2-3  years in an SDR Organisation in SaaS

  • 1+ years as an SDR people leader

  • Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack: Salesforce; Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, etc; LI Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, etc; Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi product selling distribution

  • Experience building an Outbound program or executing an OB strategy that involves multichannel approaches tracked heavily by input/output metrics

  • Excellent abilities to manage at the ground level while also able to zoom out and define and execute on broader business initiatives.

Role Overview: We are hiring a Head of Science (Primary) to lead and strengthen a structured P3‒P6 Science programme.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining curriculum ownership, teaching, and teacher development. The role operates within an existing programme framework and is responsible for refining, improving, and scaling it to ensure consistent teaching quality and strong student outcomes across centres.

This role is critical in ensuring the programme delivers reliable results beyond individual teachers, with clear ownership over curriculum standards, teaching consistency, and overall programme effectiveness.

We’re looking for someone who can take a structured primary science programme, ensure consistent quality, and successfully roll it out across multiple centres.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and refine the P3‒P6 science curriculum, ensuring alignment with MOE syllabus and PSLE requirements
• Develop structured teaching approaches to ensure consistent lesson delivery
• Monitor student progress and continuously improve programme outcomes
• Engage parents through clear communication on student development
• Support trial classes and contribute to enrolment growth
• Teach 4‒6 classes per week, including at least 1 weekend, with teaching load adjusted as the teaching team expands
• Hire and train teachers to deliver high-quality lessons

Requirement:

• Degree in Science or related field (MOE/NIE-trained preferred
• Minimum 5‒8 years of Primary Science teaching experience.
• Proven track record of improving student outcomes. 
• Experience in curriculum development, mentoring, or academic leadership is advantageous. 
• Comfortable with weekend work and centre-based environment
