About the Company

Our client is an established healthcare diagnostics organisation supporting Singapore and APAC export markets within a regulated IVD / medical devices environment. Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operational execution for the Singapore and APAC export business. • Execute preventive maintenance according to schedule
• Troubleshoot and respond to facilities-related issues and breakdowns
• Monitor facility equipment and report abnormal conditions
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
• Support fire safety checks and general safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements
• Support office layout changes, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required
