We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and manage electrical and ELV construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electrical construction projects (commercial, industrial, residential developments)

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams

• Oversee site activities, manpower planning, and subcontractors

Requirement

• Local Singaporean or PR only

• Experience in managing projects for condos, factories, or A&A works preferred

• Good understanding of local authority regulations and safety standards

1. Assist in BIM Management and set up BIM execution plan.
2. To attend BIM meeting with Clients / Consultants.
3. To check clash report and presentation.
