We are hiring Portfolio Utilisation Manager to be outsourced to our clients

Responsibilities

• Engage existing business banking customers to encourage utilisation of approved financing facilities and credit lines.
• Conduct outreach calls to customers on a daily basis to understand their financing needs and provide support.
• Monitor portfolio performance and utilisation trends.
• Support investigations and reviews of customer accounts and financing facilities when required.
• Coordinate data requests and perform analysis to support portfolio monitoring activities.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks within the SME Embedded Finance team.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in the Actuarial team, you will be assisting and leading the delivery of a wide range of client engagements, leading or working as part of a project team, relating to IFRS 17, Appointed Actuary work, actuarial valuation, pricing and product development, actuarial modelling, Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) and due diligence. You will also be performing evaluation in areas related to financial risk, product distribution and capital issues. You will also work with advanced financial modeling approaches and systems, e.g. designing valuation and Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks.

To Qualify for the role, you must have

• Newly or Nearly qualified with either the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK), the Society of Actuaries (US) or the Institute of Actuaries of Australia
• Good knowledge of Prophet software
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

Depth of experience in at least one of the following areas:

- financial modeling

- financial and regulatory reporting

- product and distribution strategy

- ERM / Solvency II

- M&A due diligence

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute daily production control activities, including production scheduling, line balancing, and manpower planning.
• Carry out daily quality control tasks, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards (GMP, Halal, GDP for medical devices & therapeutic products).     
• Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained, complete, and accurate.
• Oversee housekeeping and cleaning of production equipment and facilities.
• Participate in trial production runs for new customers.Support production operations by working alongside operators and hand packers.    
• Execute maintenance activities for production equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
