THE ROLE: Head of English and Learning Support

The Head of English and Learning Support provides strategic and operational leadership to enhance students' English language proficiency and academic success across their entire study journey at Kaplan Singapore.

The role focuses on the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of English language support initiatives, including both the preparatory English programs (IGCSE English, pre-degree/pre-diploma students) and ongoing learning support embedded throughout students' academic programmes. Overview
This role provides critical operational support, governance, and project management, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of key initiatives such as APAC segmentation cycles, roster management, and strategic projects. Partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders, the role is instrumental in reducing administrative burden on sales teams, enhancing data integrity across core systems (e.g. Salesforce, CASE), and ensuring disciplined execution of functional priorities through coordination, rigor, and governance.

APAC White Paper Management

• Support the development of the APAC White Paper, coordinating inputs across regions, functions, and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment.
• Consolidate insights, data, and narratives into executive-ready materials, highlighting key themes, challenges, and opportunities across APAC.
• Manage timelines, version control, and review cycles, ensuring delivery meets leadership and governance expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary APAC liaison for global initiatives, aligning regional requirements, resolving data issues, and ensuring process and system consistency.

Requirements

Position Overview

This role is to be responsible for managing the Process and System function and where relevant. This includes all the related activities of process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support and maintenance of all Air Freight processes and their related applications (eg. CargoWise), and to enhance reporting functionalities follow business needs.

The role also includes analysis of operational procedures – customers and as well as suppliers and third parties, assisting in documenting and producing technical as well as forwarding solutions to be applied.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of day to day systems and process support for operations and management through supporting our air and sea freight production systems in cooperation with the regional team.
• Oversee and ensure the delivery of user training (system enhancements, air and sea freight forwarding, process optimization and other advanced and dedicated trainings).
• Ensure high operational data quality via analysis, review and action planning together with the Air and Sea Freight Management Team.
• Support and oversee external parties electronic data (EDI) interfaces via definition of requirements, support and communicating with IT teams for specifications.
• Drive process optimization and support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality of operational processes and systems.
• Oversee the testing and implementation of new releases in cooperation with the Project Team.

Role Purpose To lead the end-to-end ILP product operations vertical, overseeing the full investment lifecycle from fund order placement through NAV pricing generation, fund accounting and year-end reporting. The role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance (MAS and CPFIS), governance integrity, and scalable support for ILP product growth, including new launches and Direct Fund initiatives.

End-to-End ILP Investment Operations Ownership

ILP Product Launch & Change Management
