Role Overview

The DCN Planning Manager is responsible for leading production planning and scheduling activities for modular data center manufacturing across APAC. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, engineering readiness, supply chain constraints, and manufacturing capacity—primarily through coordination with turnkey manufacturing partners.

Requirements:

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

Job Summary:

• The Lead Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a group of Technical Officer for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole process of service cum maintenance workflow.
• Front line contact with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Lead a team of service team members.
• Prepare service scope and develop service plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, tracking milestones and metrics.
