Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to join our team at the strategic Tender Stage. The successful candidate will be instrumental in securing Projects by leading the technical proposal and cost optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities

Phase I: Tender & Strategy (Pre-Award)

• Technical Writing: Lead the preparation of the Technical Proposal, including detailed Method Statements, Site Management Plans, and Project Schedules.

The Construction EHS Project Manager must be an experienced and recognized technical expert in Construction and Design Safety, to include incorporation of safety into business and project management processes. Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying (QS) team, overseeing project cost control and commercial performance.

• Establish and implement contract, cost management, and QS operational systems and processes.

• Review and monitor project costing, including inter-project and inter-company cost allocations.
