Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Management or relevant professional qualification or closely related field with minimum 2 or more years of progressive management experience working in a hospital environment services industry
• Able to excel in a dynamic and demanding hospital environment while effectively leading, organizing, and managing people for facility services projects
• Knowledge of contracts, documents, management of Systems/methods/ tools/ equipment/ materials and administrative procedures in a business-focused environment
• Effective negotiating and influencing skills with a positiveand forward looking proactive approach

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, HCC MT Execution Team, APAC serves as a senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert within the centralized compliance operations group.  executes the centralized monitoring, approvals and due diligence activities for the region.  This role is responsible for executing complex, high-risk approvals and due diligence assessments, supporting process optimization, and ensuring consistent application of compliance standards across all cases. The role is further responsible for conducting risk-based monitoring reviews, identifying potential compliance gaps, and supporting trend analysis across transactional and behavioral data. This role ensures that monitoring activities are conducted accurately, consistently, and in alignment with global and regional compliance expectations.  Lastly the role supports the development of compliance dashboards, metrics, and analytics that inform risk assessments and operational compliance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Approvals & Due Diligence

• Oversee third-party and business partner due diligence processes, ensuring risk-based, timely, and consistent assessments.

• Manage centralized process for HCC as per HCBI and regional requirements and standards approvals, ensuring robust decision-making.

Monitoring & Trending

• Lead the design and implementation of centralized monitoring programs to detect and prevent compliance risks.

• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reports that provide actionable insights and highlight emerging risk trends.

Operational Intelligence

• Drive the use of compliance technology, analytics, and data tools to enhance oversight and predictive risk management.

• Provide intelligence that enables proactive risk mitigation and informed business decision-making.

Governance & Risk Management

• Serve as a senior advisor on compliance risk matters to leadership across the region.

• Ensure applicable policies and procedures meet both global compliance standards and local regulatory requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in centralized compliance processes.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with global and regional compliance leaders to ensure integration of compliance efforts.

• Act as an internal HCC escalation point for complex compliance cases in the region.

• Engage with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.

Reporting & Transparency

• Deliver regular reporting to senior management and compliance committees on performance, risks, and outcomes.

• Ensure thorough documentation and audit-readiness of all compliance decisions and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in experience in Health Care Compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or any other business related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team-leading capacity.

• Robust understanding anti-corruption, Health Care Compliance, and third-party risk management frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries.

• Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
