• Advanced Administrative & Procurement Support Perform advanced administrative duties, including vendor coordination, procurement support, and monitoring of project documentation systems with financial relevance.
• Ad-hoc Financial & Crisis Support Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Executive, including urgent financial filings, economic risk assessments, and crisis management support.

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to
• enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
• Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
• Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with ISO standards.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
• Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): autocad, building management, ms office
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Possess good management and supervisory skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proven track record in the Construction industry
• Computer literate

-Minimum 12 years engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or

qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer

or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to theacceptance of the Engineer.

-At least 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures forprojects of similar scale and complexity.

-Working area nearby Boon Lay MRT.

-LTA project experience is an advantage.

Job Description

• Reports to the senior management.

• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality.

• Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects.

• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans.

• Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management.

• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting.

• Ensure housekeeping and quality in all work areas.

• Conduct factory visit as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum BCA-recognised Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture/Building or equivalent.

• Possess relevant construction safety certificates (CSCPM, BCSS, etc).

• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual.

• Resourceful problem solver.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Able to lead the project team.

• Well-versed in AutoCAD.

• Able to communicate well in English.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent will be an added advantage.
