The Head, Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Products is accountable for delivering Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Fraud technology products globally across all business lines.

This role owns the “how” and “when”, translating business needs into a sequenced, feasible technology product roadmap in close partnership with the Group Process Owner for Transaction Monitoring and Fraud.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog prioritisation, roadmap sequencing and value delivery across the Transaction Monitoring and Fraud technology estate. This is a senior leadership role with final accountability for product decisions, balancing business demand, technical feasibility and delivery capacity while leading a distributed community of Product Owners.

• Own the Transaction Monitoring and Fraud product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities

Our Ideal Candidate

• Degree level education or equivalent experience; master’s preferred

• 15+ years of experience in Financial services with 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), with strong exposure to Transaction Monitoring and/or Fraud domains and 5+ years of technology delivery leadership experience, including ownership of product roadmaps, backlog prioritisation and value delivery

We are looking for a high-energy Restaurant Manager to oversee our daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You will be responsible for the "total health" of the restaurant—balancing exceptional service with smart financial management (P&L).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Lead daily FOH and BOH operations, manage staff shifts, and ensure the restaurant meets all health, safety, and licensing standards.

• Financials: Monitor P&L, control labor and food costs (COGS), and manage inventory to minimize waste.

• Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the team to deliver superior service and maintain high productivity.

• Guest Experience: Handle feedback/complaints with grace and implement ideas to improve the brand’s image and local presence.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 years in the F&B industry (with supervisory experience).

• Skills: Strong leadership, financial literacy (P&L), and excellent communication.

• Mindset: Customer-oriented, calm under pressure, and a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Flexibility: Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.
• Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
• Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
• Manage subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
• Provides leadership to the project management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.

• In charge of running the overall operations of student care centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
• Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
• Staff supervision and mentoring.
• Evaluate and constantly improve the staff classroom management and teaching methods.
• Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In charge of yearly events and activities of the centre.

Job Scope:

• Handle enquiries to provide regular feedback to parents
• Oversee daily operations and enrolment
• Liaise with HQ and parents on centre matters
• Mentor and lead teachers to ensure programmes are carried out

Job Requirements:

• Able to teach Chinese is a plus.

• Related-work experience in teaching in Schools, Enrichment Centres or providing Private Tuition is preferred
