WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Asthe AI Agent Architect / Senior Developer, you will be the core brain behindour flagship enterprise AI platforms. You will transition our systems frombasic LLM wrappers into autonomous, reasoning-capable AI ecosystems.

Yourprimary mission is to design and develop advanced Agentic workflows, buildrobust Knowledge Bases utilizing GraphRAG, and engineer complex multi-modaldata processing pipelines. You will ensure our AI solutions deliverexpert-level accuracy, deep contextual understanding, and enterprise-gradesecurity.

KeyResponsibilities

·      AdvancedRAG & Knowledge Base Engineering: Design and implement next-generation RAGsystems using Knowledge Graphs (GraphRAG), vector databases, and semanticsearch. Develop robust OCR pipelines for parsing complex, unstructureddocuments (e.g., contracts, compliance manuals) and multi-modal dataextraction.

·      AIAgent Architecture: Architect and deploy multi-agent systems (using frameworkslike LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen) where distinct AI agents can plan,reason, execute tools, and collaborate to solve complex enterprise tasks.

·      LLMIntegration & Optimization: Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy various LargeLanguage Models (both closed-source like OpenAI/Anthropic and open-sourcemodels). Optimize prompts and reasoning chains to maximize accuracy andminimize latency.

·      Backend& Enterprise Integration: Build scalable backend services (primarily inPython, with Java/Spring Boot for legacy or enterprise integrations) to exposeAI capabilities via robust APIs.

·      Guardrails& Hallucination Mitigation: Implement strict logical guardrails, continuousevaluation frameworks, and "anti-hallucination" mechanisms to ensureall AI outputs are verifiable, strictly grounded in the proprietary knowledgebase, and compliant with enterprise security standards.

·      Performany ad-hoc duties assignedby the Company as required.

RequiredQualifications

·      Experience:3-5+ years in software engineering, with at least 1.5 - 2 years heavily focusedon LLM applications, generative AI, or complex NLP systems.

·      AI& Agent Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, orsimilar multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

·      DataParsing & Knowledge Representation: Proven expertise in OCR technologies(e.g., unstructured.io, PaddleOCR) for complex PDF parsing, and strongexperience with Vector Databases (e.g., Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone) and GraphDatabases (e.g., Neo4j).

·      ProgrammingMastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python (the primary language for the AIstack). Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot is highly preferred to ensureseamless integration with our existing backend ecosystem.

·      LanguageProficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory toeffectively collaborate with our diverse technical stakeholders and regionalenterprise clients.

·      ProblemSolving: Strong architectural vision with the ability to translate complexbusiness compliance and expert knowledge into structured AI engineeringpipelines.

The"Alpha" Edge (Preferred & Bonus Qualifications)

·      DomainContext: Previous experience building AI products for Legal, HR, Compliance, orenterprise SaaS。

·      ModelDeployment: Experience with local LLM deployment and inference optimization(e.g., Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).

·      MLOps:Familiarity with deploying AI pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) usingDocker and Kubernetes.

The Raffles Service Agent / Executive delivers friendly and professional service that meets guest’s reservation experience expectations prior to their arrival.

Primary Responsibilities

Delivers Friendly and Professional Service

• Ensures smooth operation of Raffles Service department by attending to incoming calls, fax and emails that are pertaining to room reservation.
• Obtains all the necessary information to complete a room reservation in the Opera system, i.e. stay dates, flight details, rates, special requests and reservation notes.
• Completes the reservation process by combining all reservation details (including any Food and Beverage or Spa arrangements) and sending a confirmation to the guest.

Focuses on Guest Experience

• Supports guest’s decision to proceed with the reservation by providing accurate information on the price, room type, availability and the amenities.
• Is well versed with the preference of the regular guests and provide them with the consistent service anticipating their needs in advance.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions/Relationships

• Supports the Raffles Service colleagues to achieve upsell goals in various revenue streams.
• Coordinates with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, Food and Beverage, Raffles Spa, Housekeeping and Butler) on the guest’s needs and requirements.
• Works closely with Revenue department to be aware of the occupancy of the hotel (i.e. sold out dates, blackout dates and the need periods).
• Advises Raffles Service Manager of any deviations in rate applications or reservations arrangement.
• Maintains an accurate and updated filing system of all correspondence.
• Is familiar with hotel’s credit policies and handles billing instructions correctly.
• Performs clerical and administrative duties.
• Adheres to Raffles Hotel Singapore and Room Reservations department standard operating procedures, guidelines and grooming standards.
• Supports hotel's CSR and sustainability efforts.
• Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Hotels Values.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum tertiary education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing and database management.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Required to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
• Service-oriented with an eye for details.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute to the team.

Role Summary

As a Senior Agent Researcher, you will design and build evaluation-driven Agent and multi-agent systems for complex real-world applications. You will focus not just on making Agents work, but on understanding, measuring, and continuously improving their behavior, combining research depth with strong engineering execution in an AI-native development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve evaluation-driven Agent systems, using evaluation as the core mechanism for behavior improvement and iteration
• Design Agent architectures that are observable, maintainable, and optimizable under real-world constraints
• Develop scalable evaluation infrastructure, including automated testing, benchmarking, and experimentation frameworks
• Optimize Agent performance across architecture, model selection, context management, memory, and tool usage, balancing performance and cost
• Rapidly prototype Agent systems and demos, integrating research insights with engineering and product validation
• Continuously explore and apply advancements in LLMs, multimodal models, multi-agent systems, and context engineering

How You Will Stand Out

• Proven experience designing, building, or deploying Agent systems, LLM-based applications, or complex AI systems in production environments
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and system design, including models, inference, training, context, and evaluation
• Hands-on experience with Agent evaluation frameworks, automated experimentation, or A/B testing
• Ability to translate cutting-edge research (LLMs, MLLMs, multi-agent systems) into practical, production-ready solutions
• Strong systems thinking with a research-oriented mindset and solid engineering execution
• Publications, open-source contributions, or experience in automotive, chip, or intelligent cockpit systems are advantageous
