Job scope includes:
- Providing legal support to Senior Associates;
- Maintaining documents and ensuring all information is organized;
- Any other ad-hoc projects, duties or tasks assigned
Requirements
- We are seeking a suitable candidate with strong background in litigation matters.
- Candidates must possess a strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in order to provide full secretarial & administration support to the Mandarin speaking Lawyers and the clients, and also, to handle documents written in Chinese language.
- Candidates should also possess e-Litigation knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
