As a Planner/Senior Planner at Molex Singapore, your role will revolve around coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments based on daily and weekly production schedules. What You Will Do

• Prepare and manage production schedules, prioritizing job orders to ensure plan versus actual achievements (SAP/Fusion APS).
• Review production backlogs and work closely with in-house production, assembly planners, and buyers to resolve overdue orders or implement alternative solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with operations teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to eliminate quality obstacles and enable smooth production.
• Coordinate with MIE and production teams to schedule sample runs and address process improvements.
• Oversee raw material and subcon component shortages, liaising with assembly planners to facilitate production recovery and alternative planning.
• Manage complex product lines by providing end-to-end services from component planning to finished goods.
• Independently engage with customers to address requirements and ensure satisfaction.

• Manage large number of incoming calls. Project Controls & Cost Management

·       Develop and manage the project cost baseline from tender stage through to completion

·       Structure and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within the ERP system

·       Set up and manage cost centres and charge codes aligned to work packages and resources

Planning & Scheduling

Job Summary

Provide senior‑level ownership of materials planning and execution to support daily production operations.
