• Manage customer feedback and complaints by coordinating investigations with department heads and facilitating family conferences to ensure proper service recovery
• Respond promptly to concerns and follow through on resolution to maintain service quality standards

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Executive to lead our patient service team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, optimizing clinic operations, and mentoring your team to achieve service and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Experience & Operations: Act as the primary patient contact, managing appointments and patient flow to ensure a seamless experience and optimize clinic efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
