Job Summary:

The Content Executive will play a dual role, focusing both on managing content partnerships and editing a variety of content. You will work closely with external partners to establish and nurture relationships that bring mutual benefits, while also ensuring that all content is polished, aligned with our brand voice, and meets quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of content strategies, partnerships, and editing techniques to deliver engaging and optimised content for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Partnership Management:

• Develop & Manage Partnerships: Identify and establish content partnerships with external organizations, influencers, or content creators that align with the company’s goals.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with partners to co-create content, ensuring it aligns with both parties' objectives and resonates with the target audience.
• Partnership Strategy: Contribute to the development of content partnership strategies to drive engagement, expand reach, and increase brand visibility.
• Negotiation & Communication: Communicate effectively with external partners, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met. Assist in contract discussions and negotiations where necessary.
• Monitor & Evaluate: Track and measure the success of content partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve future collaborations.

Content Editing:

• Edit & Proofread: Review and edit a wide range of content (articles, blog posts, social media, multimedia scripts, etc.) for grammar, clarity, tone, and overall quality, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
• Optimize for SEO: Ensure content is optimized for SEO, integrating keywords, meta descriptions, and appropriate formatting to improve content visibility.
• Content Quality Control: Maintain high editorial standards by performing quality checks on content before publication or distribution.
• Collaboration with Content Creators: Work with writers, designers, and other content creators to ensure the final output is cohesive, engaging, and aligned with the overall strategy.
• Content Development: Help develop new content ideas that support business objectives, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and oversee content production from concept to final output.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Assist in managing content calendars and ensuring timely publication of both internal and co-created content.
• Audience Insights: Analyse engagement and performance metrics from content partnerships and editorial output to inform strategy and optimize future content initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content best practices, and partnership opportunities to enhance content strategies and partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in content creation, partnership management, and/or editing in a digital media, marketing, or related role.
• Strong Editing Skills: Proven experience in editing and proofreading content for grammar, style, clarity, and accuracy.
• Partnership Management: Experience building and managing partnerships with external organizations, influencers, or content creators.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content for search engine optimization.
• Content Strategy: Experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
• Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships with partners.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively while also using data to guide content decisions and partnership strategies.
• Educational Background: A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with editing tools (Google Docs, etc.).

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Executive to own and grow Onori's brand presence. This is an end-to-end role — you'll plan, create, film, edit, and publish content, run campaigns, and keep our marketing engine moving across social, web, and paid channels. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Onori's social media channels — plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage the community, and track performance
• Propose and develop fresh content concepts that fit the brand and resonate with our audience

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for Confetti’s suite of marketing solutions. This is a hunter role and you will be expected to proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business, with a strong emphasis on bringing retainer clients onboard from Day 1. You will work closely with the founder and delivery team to ensure every client commitment is scoped accurately and executed with excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a good network of brand managers, marketing leads, or e-commerce operators in Singapore and understands the creator economy well enough to sell confidently without hand-holding.

What You’ll Sell

• Influencer / KOL Marketing – Influencer campaign management across TikTok and Instagram
• UGC Production – Scalable user-generated content creation for paid and organic use
• Content Production – Social content and ad content
• Livestream Commerce – End-to-end livestream management across TikTok and Shopee

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B clients across Confetti’s full solution suite
• Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → contract → handoff
• Develop tailored pitches and proposals based on each client’s marketing objectives
• Build and maintain an active pipeline tracked in CRM at all times
• Prioritise retainer-based engagements for long-term revenue stability
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent Confetti at industry events, creator economy meetups, and networking sessions in Singapore
• Collaborate with the delivery team on scoping and capacity before committing to clients
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly revenue forecasts to the founder
• Feed market intelligence — competitor pricing, client objections, category trends — back into the business

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Min 3 years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, or media company in Singapore
• Some existing network of brand managers, marketing managers, or e-commerce leads in Singapore that can be converted into clients
• Working knowledge of the Instagram, TikTok and Shopee creator ecosystem — you understand what a KOL, UGC, and livestream GMV target means without needing it explained
• Proven track record of closing retainer or project-based deals in a services environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior marketing stakeholders
• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience selling influencer marketing or UGC services specifically
• Strong existing relationships with D2C brands, FMCG marketers, or e-commerce managers

Compensation Structure

Base Salary + Tiered and Accelerated commission structure

OTE $7-10k
