Position Statement

The Food & Beverage Executive is concerned with the efficient and professional service of food and beverages within the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant returns a budgeted profit through tight cost and stock control. This role directly supervises team members while ensuring that all guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Hilton.

• Assist bartenders and kitchen team members where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Manager.
• Ensure that all team members are briefed for the details of the shift ahead.
• Make sure that all areas are cleaned and maintained in accordance with operating procedure.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately and timely
• Perform 3-way matching (Invoice, PO, GRN) and ensure proper approval
• Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs in accordance with agreed credit terms
• Handle petty cash management, including reimbursement, top-up, recording, and reconciliation
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Handle supplier enquiries and maintain good vendor relationships
• Ensure AP records are properly maintained and compliant with internal controls
• Prepare bank applications and related payment documentation
• Coordinate with banks on payment processing and confirmations
• Perform intercompany reconciliation, including billing, settlement, and variance analysis
• Resolve intercompany differences in a timely manner and support month-end closing

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Issue customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances
• Prepare AR aging reports and escalate long-outstanding items
• Perform customer statement reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on billing, returns, and credit issues
• Support credit control and collection activities

General / Finance Support

• Support month-end closing activities for AP and AR
• Assist with audit schedules and documentation
• Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical and digital)
• Participate in finance process improvement and system digitalisation
• Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software will be advantage (such as Navision)
• Knowledge of payment via Trust Receipt
• Proficient in data entry and management
• 1-3 years general accounting experience

Role Overview

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sales performance across our distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop channel strategies and trade promotions for retail channel and other trade channels to achieve sales objectives and brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers to analyse brand performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and marketing activities.
• Work closely with brand principals on advertising and promotion plans, including budget management.
• Monitor A&P expenses to ensure alignment with budget.
• Partner with Demand Planners to achieve sales forecast accuracy.
• Prepare business review materials for key customers and brand principals, including sales analysis and trade activity reports.
• Coordinate with Channel Sales and Trade Marketing Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of trade plans.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Logistics Executive (Inventory) is responsible for Inventory Management, including the movement of inventory from Inbound, Storage and Outbound. To ensure that established Inventory Management processes are followed both in the ERP/WMS systems and physical process. Constant review existing processes for improvements or establish new processes based on business needs.

Job Description

Inventory Management:

·      Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

·      Track stock movements to prevent shortages or overstocking

·      Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy

Order Processing:

·      Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner in WMS Pre-wave Module.

Shipping and Delivery Coordination:

·      Arrange and coordinate shipments, including selecting appropriate Trucks and provide timely updates to customers or stakeholders

·      Handle issues such as updating customer service on the change of shipping date or moving the deliver for next day for out-of-stock situations.

Transportation Management:

·      Plan and optimize transportation routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery using WMS routes set up.

Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:

·      Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or damaged goods.

·      Provide timely report to the respective warehouse team lead.

Communication and Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., customer service, sales, purchasing, warehouse) to ensure smooth logistics operations

·       Other assignments that may be required by HOD. 

Requirements

To function well, this position requires:

·      Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or,

·      Min. 5 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.

·      Possess positive attitude and initiative

·      Ability to lead and work well as a team

·      Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal

The Logistics Executive is responsible to ensure that agreed expectations are established and achieved.  Heads of Departments will use the evaluation instruments that are relevant to their departments for this evaluation.

Working hours: Mon-Fri (11am to 8pm) & Sat (9am to 1pm).
