The Sales Manager supervises, motivates, and trains sales staff to improve their performance and productivity. TOUCH Young Arrows (TYA) is a non-profit programme led by a committed team of volunteer mentors who conduct weekly Saturday programmes to meet children and youth's social, emotional, and educational needs, and to fulfil their potential. There are 24 TYA clubs in Singapore serving over 500 children and youth aged 5-14 years old from low-income and/ or single-parent families.

As part of the Community Engagement team, you will make TYA an innovative and sustainable model of improving the social mobility of young persons in Singapore. Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement (with Activation Focus)

• Oversee and ensure quality implementation of programme across TYA clubs.
• These include age-appropriate enrichment, corporate-partnered initiatives, family-themed experiences or camp experiences.
• Formulating purposeful and effective programme design
• Publicise and achieve strong participation and engagement in these initiatives
• Select and liaise with quality vendors and partners to fulfil programme outcomes
