Role Summary

We are looking for a Ingot & Wafer (IW) cum Contract Manufacturing Engineer with good ethics and strong passion to take on proactive roles of qualifying and managing external suppliers to achieve company's strategic directions and key yearly goals for ingot and wafer factory. Required Certifications – mandatory to have at least one
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate OR Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional

• Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark
• Cloud platform certifications (Azure Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer)
• Relevant data engineering or big data certifications

• Lead the project engineering design work.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and third parties on technical discussions and document submission.
• Coordinate with project team on the project planning and execution.
• Supervise and check the design drawings, material take-off and shop drawings.
• Perform structural analysis and prepare structural analysis report.

Qualification

• Degree in civil/marine engineering / naval architecture
• Min. 5 years of structural design experience in offshore or civil engineering
• Being Familiar with international aluminium and/or offshore structure design codes and standards to be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Staadpro/Tekla to be an advantage.
• An effective team player, problem solver and self-motivated
• Good written and spoken English.
