THE ROLE

You will be part of the Planning and Development team, providing engineering expertise across the design, construction, and commissioning phases of the new Medical Tower. The responsibilities of this role are:

1.  Design Review & Technical Compliance

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and submissions from consultants and contractors to verify compliance with clinical requirements, Singapore building codes, and international healthcare standards.
• Identify technical gaps or discrepancies in design submissions and work with consultants to resolve them before works proceed on site.

2.  Construction Oversight & Site Coordination

4.  Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of engineering submissions, approvals, test results, and as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulatory requirements including BCA, EMA, NEA, PUB, SCDF, and MOH licensing standards applicable to healthcare facilities.

• Coordinate daily operations, deliveries, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment
• Liaise with warehouse, suppliers, customers, and forwarders on stock, delivery, and shipment matters
