Requirements:

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in system analyst / application support / business systems roles
• Experience working with POS, CRM, ERP, or integration platforms
• Proven experience handling vendors and supporting system implementation or rollout
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling multiple systems and ambiguity

Technical Capability

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. SQL, API concepts, simple scripting)
• Able to understand data structures, API responses, and basic system logs
• Comfortable working with system configurations and backend settings

Business Understanding

• Able to understand operational workflows (sales, payments, customer journeys, reporting)
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders

Vendor & Project Skills

• Able to manage vendors and drive deliverables
• Capable of tracking timelines, milestones, and follow-through

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
