About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust engineering team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable and tested features across the full stack — including responsive portal plugins using Next.js, Redux, and JavaScript, and backend services using Java, Python, and C++.
• Work in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, development, reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with QA, UI/UX, and DevOps engineers to ensure technical robustness and user-centric design.
• Implement unit and integration tests to support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and adhere to secure coding best practices.
• (Optional) Support architecture design or system integration work with government authentication or data exchange frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language — Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience developing front-end applications using Next.js, Redux, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, Confluence).
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• (Bonus) Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) or real-time/IoT systems.
