We are seeking an Operations Executive
to oversee daily operational coordination for the logistic supply, delivery, and installation of sanitary ware and home fixtures. The role is responsible for planning installation schedules, coordinating with customers, suppliers and installers, monitoring service completion, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth execution of operational workflows.
The successful candidate should be able to manage day-to-day service delivery, support cross-functional coordination, resolve operational issues, and uphold customer service and operational standards across warehouse, delivery, and installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end daily operations for the supply, delivery, and installation of sanitary ware and home fixtures
• Plan and manage installation schedules, job assignments, and service timelines to ensure timely completion
• Liaise with customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams on project schedules, site readiness, delivery timing, and service requirements
• Monitor work progress and follow up on installation status, job completion, and outstanding service issues
• Handle operational documentation, including job sheets, delivery orders, invoices, service records, and completion updates
• Maintain oversight of inventory movement, stock allocation, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy for operational readiness
• Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities to support daily fulfilment and installation requirements
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, scheduling conflicts, customer feedback, and service delays in a timely manner
• Support process improvement in scheduling, stock coordination, and service workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper operational practices
• Provide on-site operational support where necessary to ensure service continuity and completion of scheduled works
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Relevant experience in operations coordination, service delivery, project coordination, logistics coordination, installation scheduling, or related functions preferred
• Experience in sanitary ware, home fixtures, building products, renovation support, or related industries will be an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple workstreams involving customers, scheduling, stock movement, and service execution
• Familiar with operational documentation, inventory records, and Microsoft Office applications
• Independent, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to provide ground support where required for operational continuity
• Class 3 driving licence is an advantage, where applicable
