• To verify and clarify the design for Engineers in drawing perspective; 
• Assists the Engineering team to produce design drawings for Mechanical systems such as Heating Ventilation and Air-Conditioning system, Plumbing and Sanitary system, Chilled Water, Diesel Fuel system and Fire-protection system;  
• Produces Process and Instrument Diagram drawings for Mechanical systems; 
• Produces Pipework and Duct work routing layouts and details; 
• Preparation of Piping Isometric, section and detail drawings;
• Make the necessary changes to the designs drawings or specifications based on Engineer’s instruction
• Helps Engineer to coordinate with Qualified Person for submission drawings;
• Manages the subcontractors to achieve the required CAD/BIM standard specifications; 
• Preparation of Tender, Construction, As Built, Shop and Co-ordination drawings; 
• Involves in the compilation of as-built documentation; 
• Ensures CAD/ BIM standard be applied on projects; 
• Keeps discipline drawing list be updated, ensures drawing revision system is followed; 
• Produces 3-Dimensional model when necessary.
• Ensures Mechanical, Electrical and Process systems are coordinated to meet space co-ordination requirements; 
• Works on combined services drawings to identify and resolve possible clashes; Produces coordinated layouts and sectional drawings; 
• Provides space design recommendation to design and construction team; 
• Coordinates with engineer to resolve any clash problems on site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Institute of Technical Education in a related engineering field 
• Minimum years of experience: 8- 10 years relevant experience
• Proficient in CAD/ BIM design and coordination of construction industry 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsof tOffice 
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Plant 3D and PID or equivalence 
• Delivering projects on time and in accordance with the specification

Design Leadership & Quality

• Lead and deliver high-quality architectural design aligned with the 10 Design philosophy
• Own and manage the client brief from concept to delivery
• Develop design strategies through research, sketches, diagrams, and options
• Present design intent clearly, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and constraints

Client & Consultant Interface

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and external consultants
• Chair and manage design, coordination, and project team meetings when required
• Ensure effective communication and information flow across all stakeholders

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage architectural teams across multiple projects
• Allocate tasks based on skills, experience, and development needs
• Encourage professional growth, accountability, and high performance

Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate closely with internal disciplines (Landscape, Interior Design, MEP, 3D Visualisation)
• Ensure full integration of external consultants’ inputs
• Oversee changes and manage design evolution through structured change control
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, QA/QC standards, and statutory compliance
• Support smooth handovers between design, project, and post-contract teams
