• Train volunteers in conducting active aging activities and buddying initiatives for seniors/clients
• Encourage volunteers to engage in befriending relationships with seniors to enhance their emotional and social well-being

3. Programme Planning and Execution

• Plan, organize, implement, monitor, and evaluate the Centre's programs, activities, and events, creating a regular activity calendar
• Assist and facilitate activities for clients alongside the care team
• Facilitate or conduct classes for senior lifelong learning

4. Programme Management & Reporting

• Oversee the management of key programs, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives
• Coordinate and manage events and partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on the progress of programs, including key milestones, risks, and resolutions

5. Staff Relations

• Work closely with the care team to foster team spirit and ensure cohesive work relationships in the best interest of our clients

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Community Development, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in community development, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with community engagement platforms

We are looking for a Project Executive to take on a full-time Family Enable role, who is grounded, organised, and motivated to work directly with families to see programmes through from start to finish. This role is suited for someone who enjoys being on the ground, coordinating moving parts, and building relationships, while ensuring that programmes are delivered smoothly and meaningfully.  

You will anchor the day-to-day implementation of EFI programmes, working closely with families, interns, volunteers, and partners, with guidance from the supervisor and Executive Director.  

Programme Leadership and Delivery

·       Support end-to-end planning and implementation of EFI programmes with EFI team

·       Work alongside EFI families and partners to support them in achieving their goals

·       Track timelines, workplans, and deliverables  

·       Ensure programme milestones are met in a timely manner  

·       Handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination of programme activities  

·       Identify issues on the ground and propose solutions 

Family and Community Engagement

·       Co-facilitate group sessions and engagements with families

Stakeholder and Partner Management

·       Coordinate and manage interns and volunteers involved in the programme

Salary: $2200 + commissions (negotiable, subject to relevant work experience)

Job duties:

• Generate sales leads in order to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories, and cold calling.
• Follow up on potential sales leads by other employees or departments within the company.
• Maintain regular call or visit existing clients to ensure that they are still happy with the product or services used and to introduce new products and services as they are made available.
