Role Overview
The Senior GIS Engineer / Tech Lead is the technical authority for a production Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environment supporting a Singapore government statutory board. Key Responsibilities

Sample & Marketing Materials Management

•     Maintain and housekeep physical marketing materials, including product samples and catalogues

•     Track and update sample records, including details of samples sent out to designers and architects

•     Prepare and pack samples for designers and architects

Sales & Customer Support

•     Prepare quotations, issue invoices, and process purchasing orders

•     Handle Carousell sales inquiries and transactions

•     Update and maintain the company contact list

Accounts & Finance Support

•     Follow up and chase for accounts receivables and outstanding payments

•     Prepare payment vouchers for checking and approval prior to internet banking payments

General Administration

•     Manage filing and organisation of the Director's documents

•     Support the marketing coordinator with preloved items marketing, including labelling and product photography

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting entries
• Handle AR (retail & non-retail), collections, and reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and reporting
• Process backend collections and refunds
• Liaise with banks, internal departments, and external parties
• Support insurance matters, payment terminals, and statutory reporting
• Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects

Senior Field Service Engineer 

• Working Location: 609935 (Jurong East)
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Salary range (Senior) : SGD 5,500 to SGD 7,500 monthly, 13th month, SGD 250 transport allowance

Basic Functions
We are looking for Marine Field Service Engineers for commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of marine Generator. Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with assembly and repair of Marine Generator, and/or familiar with marine electronics and automation systems.

Specific Responsibilities

• Standby support and emergency call for customer support.
• Providing after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
• Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
• Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
• Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
• Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
• Maintain close working relationship with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
• Develop service training material, ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
• Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• This position requires fair amount of traveling in the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region
• Candidates with equivalent professional background will be considered
• Prior electrical and control experience with various control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization system will be advantageous
